Do you ever miss me

When you smell that perfume

Does your mind drift away

With thoughts of making love

In early afternoon

Beneath the covers

Spread eagle over the bed

Do you miss me sometimes

Right before going to bed

Can you still hear my laughter

Or see my smile in the middle of the night

Do you every have sleepless nights

Thinking, dreaming about what we had

Am I the only one that lays

Restless waiting for sleep

Does your mind linger, wanting, needing

Craving me

 

 With eyes gazing wide open

Ceiling staring back at you

Do you every want to call me

To hear my sweet voice

Feel the hardest of my nipples

Pressed against the small of your back

Do you wake up thinking about me

Wishing, wanting me to come back

Can you still taste the goodness that was me

Like a meadow of sunflowers

On a warm summer day

Does my Spirit of warmth rain

Upon your memories

Knowing I was the one that got away

Do you think about me

Wishing me back to you

Close your eyes and mistake

You see me in your review

Did I leave an imprint

Upon your Body, Soul and Mind

Do you long for what was

Once upon a time

 

Can you still feel my kisses

Loving hold, kind words

Warm breath upon your face

Do you think about me

And wish our time together back

Do you think about me

Knowing we were not a mistake

Do you think about me

And your heart gets full

Do the memories come vividly 

Overtaking your world

You are MISSING ME

You are MISSING all that was good
